Conceived as a hybrid living and working environment, Benang Baja Home-Studio explores the relationship between domesticity and creative production within a compact urban footprint. The project organizes public, semi-private, and private functions through a sequence of interconnected spaces that promote flexibility without compromising privacy.

Material expression is intentionally restrained. Exposed brick, steel, concrete, and timber are left in their natural state, allowing construction methods and structural logic to become integral parts of the architectural identity. Natural light, ventilation, and vertical connections shape the spatial experience, producing interiors that remain open, efficient, and comfortable throughout the day.

Rather than separating home and workplace, the design embraces their coexistence, creating an adaptable environment that supports contemporary patterns of living, working, and collaboration.
